You're right - it's probably a good idea to have the AHW every year if at all possible. If that July 11-13 is the best, we can start making plans for it to be at Rowe. What's the nearest airport? We should have a news item ready for the Horn Call by, say, mid-February.

Albany is the nearest large airport - there is also North Adams, MA - small but very close. Yes, looks like July 11-13 is our date!
OK - let's plan on it. We need to lock Evan in before he gets too booked. And start letting folks know - I'll write a blurb for the Horn Call and you can edit/add. We should start letting people know and advertising so that people build it into their plans. And then start plotting what we want to do different, what the same, etc. I have more time this weekend to jam on it...
